What is the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days from the date of receiving your backpack to request a return.
Can I return a product purchased during a sale?
No, items bought during sale events are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

What are the conditions for a return?
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- All components, including tags, manuals, and accessories, must be intact.
- The product must be returned in the original packaging with the original invoice.
- Returns will only be accepted if the product is in resalable condition

What if I receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours at hello@redbolt.in or WhatsApp +91 9779774822. We will assess the issue and take corrective action.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before it is marked as "out-for-delivery." Once canceled, the refund will be processed automatically
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds typically take 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing time. If there are any delays, contact us at hello@redbolt.in, and we will assist you.
How will I receive my refund?

You can create an account to track your orders and start a return process if you need to.
How do I reset my password?
You can request a new password, by clicking here and selecting “I Forgot My Password” where you will be prompted to enter your email. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
