Refund policy

Returns:

1. Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving the backpack.

2. Customers must contact our support team within this period to initiate a return.

3. Products purchased at a discount of 15% or more are not eligible for returns.

Refunds:

1. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days  after the return is received.

2. Additional processing time may be needed by banks or credit card companies.

Return Conditions:

1. The product must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags, manuals, accessories intact.

2. The original packaging and invoice must be included.

3. Returns are accepted only if the item is in resalable condition.
