7. Refunds and Credits

In case of refunds or credit being issued for reasons other than product faults, Red Bolt will take a minimum of 7 to 10 working days to process the request after receiving it from the customer.

Customer Satisfaction Policy

At Red Bolt Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we provide a hassle-free exchange for your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your backpack, you can exchange your order within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Simply fill out the form under the Contact Us tab on our website, and include a message with the subject as “EXCHANGE REQUEST”

Reverse pickup for exchanges will be arranged by Red Bolt; however, the pickup is chargeable at actuals as per the rate card of the logistics partner.

Please ensure the return package is securely and appropriately packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Note: Exchange is allowed only once per order.

Returns Policy

● We offer a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your backpack to request a return.

● Products purchased during sale events are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

● To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with all components, including tags, manuals, and accessories, should be intact and returned in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

● Returns will only be accepted if the product is in resalable condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Damaged Or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery, and if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 24hrs. We will assess the issue and take corrective action as needed.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order anytime after placing it, as long as it has not been marked as “out-for-delivery.” Once canceled, your refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
